REBIRTHING
A cold water experience

Every time I organize cold water sessions for my clients I am immediately brought back to the extraordinary experiences that I had in streams, lakes and in the sea, during all my years of Rebirthing.

Today I want to share with you the sensations that I felt during the session I had in Spain, in sea water.

The sea, so deep, powerful and vast, and at the same time embracing and salted like our blood.

It was a February of many years ago.

I must say that water is the element that feels closest to me. In water I become a child again and feel completely at ease, light and free.

My water Rebirthing sessions – hot as well as cold – have always been deep and meaningful and this is the reason why I encourage each one of my clients to live this kind of experience, if they agree of course.

On that day, breathing in cold water, after recalling some memories connected to the moment I came out of the womb and feeling the fear of coming to this world, of course not pleasurable, while I was continuing to breathe relaxed and trustful, I felt myself being REBORN and permeated by a strong sense of deep oneness with all: the sea, the sky, the clouds, the trees. I felt one with them and immersed in a deep gratitude that I had never felt so strongly in all my life, not even in the most beautiful moments.
